Hey there — I truly want you to love everything you get from SJC Gallery. Every piece here is designed with care, and your happiness with it means everything to me. If something isn’t right, I’ll do my best to make it right.

📅 Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

📦 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

1. The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Proof of purchase is required.

3. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

💔 Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — I’ll fully cover a replacement or refund. Just include a few photos of the issue when you reach out so I can take care of it quickly.

💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚚 How to Start a Return
To begin a return or report an issue:

1. Visit the Contact Us page on the SJC Gallery website.

2. Fill out the form with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos (if applicable).

3. You’ll receive return instructions and a prepaid label if your return qualifies.

📌 Non-Returnable Items
• Final sale or custom items can’t be returned.
• Used or damaged items (not due to our error) aren’t eligible for a refund.
